Welcome to the Badminton Masters Competition 2005.

DATE: Saturday 5th to Wednesday 9th February 2005
VENUE: Springvale Stadium or Wanganui Collegiate School
TIME: From 9.00am daily
RULES 1. Organisers reserve the right to regrade players, merge grades and/or age groups.
2. Association representative players must play the Open Grade.
3. If a partner is required, write ‘required’ in the partner space.
4. Doubles entries must be in the age group of the younger player.
5. Play will be by Round Robin sections with matches one game to 21.
6. Players can enter any age group they are eligible, subject to 8 below.
7. Novice Grade is for players who have – never played before, recently started, played
little over many years.
8. Players can only win one medal in each section ie, Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles.
9. Players will get maximum amount of play possible – play will conclude early evenings.
10. Teams consist of two men and two women. Players will be placed into teams to give
equal ability teams.
11. Each team tie will consist of one men’s doubles, one women’s doubles, plus two
mixed doubles.
12. Entry into other sports will be catered for where possible.
13. Players can only play in 1 ability group per event unless given permission by organizer.
