GOLF – 18 Hole Under 50yrs

Welcome to the Golf under 50 Masters Competition 2005.

This will provide you with general information regarding our event at the next games- please refer to the Entry Form for full details.

DATE: Mixed Foursomes Tuesday 8th February 2005
Individual Gross and Net Stableford Thursday 10th, Friday 11th February 2005
VENUE: Marton Golf Club, Santoft
TIME: 8.30am onwards
TEES: Men – white, Ladies – yellow
LOCAL RULES: These are printed on the back of the scorecard and any further will be written
on the notice board.
MEDALS: Recipients of medals will be identified in all categories as follows,
Gold, Silver and Bronze, best gross then best net.
Medals will be awarded on a one person one medal basis.
Tied competitors will each receive a medal for the position that they have achieved.
RULES OFFICIALS: Appointed each day.
DISQUALIFICATION:

This is a horrible word, and there isn’t a Committee that likes to enforce it, but in the interests of those players who do not break the rules, competitors will be disqualified under the Rules of Golf if necessary so please ensure the following:

Your correct handicap index and course handicap are entered in the
places provided (rule 6-2b).
Your complete 7 digit ID is entered.
Your card is correctly filled and signed.
You hand in your card as soon as possible, ie, before you put your clubs away
And before you have your shower, afternoon tea etc (rule 6-6b).
