Welcome to the Gymnastics Masters Competition 2005.

This will provide you with general information regarding our event at the
next games – please refer to the Entry Form for full details

TIME: 9.00 am
FACILITIES: Fully equipped gymnasium
REFRESHMENTS: Food and drink available from our ‘Flic Flac” Café.
MEDALS: Gold, silver and bronze for Individual and Team
Certificates will be awarded to the top 3 competitors on each apparatus.
RULES:

A Team can comprise of entrants in any of the age groups.
All entrants must have been out of competitive gymnastics for a Minimum of two years.

Each competitor will do two compulsory apparatus – floor & conditioning, and two more from vault, low bar (novice), asymmetric bars (advanced), high bar, parallel bars, rings, trampoline or beam.

Individual Competition – The top four scores will be added together to give the overall score and to decide the winner in each age group.

Entry as a Team member automatically qualifies you for the Individual Competition.

Team Competition – A team must have a minimum of 3 competitors and a maximum of 4 competitors.

A team must provide 15 scores form their participation in the 9 events.

Bonus points for age are added to the team score at the completion of the competition. E.g. A competitor who is 35 will have 3.5 points added to their team score. 27 – 2.7 added, 55 – 5.5 added.
