| TRANSPORT: |
A courtesy coach will be available to transport
players from
venue to venue. |
| COMPETITION RULES: |
WPBSA and IBSF Rules apply. (the
foul and miss rule will not be used) |
| EVENT CONDITIONS: |
If possible all events will be run
as Section Play, Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, Finals
in each division. Prizes will be given for the highest
break in each category and Plate Events may be held if
time allows. |
| REPLACEMENTS: |
If, after the draws have been completed,
and there is a cancellation, only then will a late entry
or a replacement player be accepted. |
| REFEREES: |
All players will be expected to assist in
refereeing and marking during these competitions. |
| REFRESHMENTS: |
Coffee and tea making facilities will
be available in the Clubs as well as luncheon arrangements. |
| PRIZE GIVING: |
The medal presentation ceremony will
be held at Club St Johns as soon as possible after the
completion of the event. |
